Really quickly, here’s how to install Ubuntu inside of Windows without Wubi….
1. Install: http://www.vmware.com/products/player/
2. Download: http://releases.ubuntu.com/ (confused about which one to get? get this one)
3. Copy/Burn the .iso file/image you just downloaded from Ubuntu to a CD (need help with this? Go here and look at the instructions for windows users)
